When furniture stores buy back your old furniture, what do they do with it? | |
Answers:
1some times they refurbish it, or resell as is (but if they are smart they wont try to sell it in the same store as their new products plus show rooms have no room for it.)
but alot of the times, they recycle or destroy it. Depends on the condition and the age or qaulity.
when they buy back your old furnature when you're buying new furnature, it's only to have something of yours, and to give you a 'bargain' discount. In reality you're not really saving. they would have offered you the same price, even if you didn't give them your old furnature. Sometimes they do it just so you cant not have back your own furnature, so the chances of you returning your new one is slim. It's short of like, sealing a deal.
I'm not saying all places are like that. at differant times of the year, furnature stores get discounts from the dealers they are getting it from, because buisness is slower, and for them to give you the deal so you buy from them, without making their product look cheap, just because the price went down, They offer promotions. They are'nt losing anything, taking your old furnature, even if it's not worth 2 cents...
